the one where Sister Wankier goes from conference to conference⛪

 HIIII surprise the first email was from last pday haha i forgot to send it earlier lol so here is my email for this week YAY!! 

this week we had zone conference to start off this bomb week!!! we learned so much in all the trainings and were inspired in so many different ways!!! we saw such a cool video from the new York new York mission!! they are out here asking everyone if they want to attend church with them !! like no cap just that sentence all day everyday!! got me and allred ready for some more knocking!! seeing everyone at zone conference was also just SO amazing!! I loved seeing all the Melbourne goons and got to take all the pics again... kinda lol I had the camera for awhile and took some awesome pics and then someone else took the camera and then it came back to me lol so I'll put some of them down !! 

because we had zone conference we got to go BACK to presdients house again lol because sister mcmullin forgot how to make an album and so we went back again and got her the link and added all her photos and didn't get as distracted as last time lol but still were there for a good chunk of time again haha we had some REALLY good no bake cookies she made just for us haha and I got called out for trying to extend my mission haha Sister mcmullin said GO be free and I said dang it haha okay I'm going home I guess 

Friday was awesome all around because we had some lessons fall through and the pictures take FOREVER so we decided to put into action the new zone conference training!! and so we went to the busiest place in the Woodlands after school lol whole foods !! all the boujie woodlands moms pull up and get their kids some cookies and things and so we were like k let's do this and so we prayed SO HARD because we were terrified and went in and met TREY!! he is one of the workers there but he took a second and chatted with us and was like actually I am SO down to get to know the word and actually have been thinking about how we don't have a word for places like America!! and China!! where is God and Christ with them!! and me and sister allred are like bro we have the book for you!! and so we got his number invited him to church and set up a time this coming week to study the book of mormon !!! then to remind us God is so good !!! we met javi !! and javi was like are you missionaries and we were like yes we are and he was like I thought I recognized the tag I use to meet with elders and we were like do you want to meet with them again and he was like yeah actually I miss getting to hear a message and we were like GOD IS GOOD and so we got his number and are gonna meet with him this week again!! so YAY 

and then to end Friday night we went and saw our boy WAYNE!!! at the panthers homecoming game !!! Wayne does the tickets and was so excited to see us come by!! we also got asked if we were nuns decided maybe I could be a nun lol !! don't worry we got to see Tyler and chat with her and they won their homecoming game !!! and it was just so awesome !!! we took the cutest pictures with Tyler but haven't been able to get them from her so one day y'all will see them !! 

Saturday and Sunday we were at all the stake conference meetings!!! it was a LONG few meetings but it was awesome we got the chance to have present and sister mcmullin speak and got to see so many new faces in the stake !! we had Elder Haws there from the 70!! and it was seriously SO profound all he said and how amazing of a speaker he was!! we also had a ton of youth speak and that always just amazes me!!! sitting in stake conference always makes me think of kentucky!! so it was a really good reminder of all the things I love!!!! Jesus, kentucky, being a missionary !! ;)) 

okay now for the CRAZINESS OF THE WEEK if you get this far enjoy Devin the Demon 

so sister allred and I haven't been able to sleep recently we have actually been having some of the worst nightmares and waking one another up terrified and screaming and making sure one another is okay because we have a literal DEMON haunting us we have had this for the past like 3 weeks but haven't said anything because we didn't think it was that big of a deal and didn't want to sound like psychos so we didn't really worry about it until the nightmares started to match we both were seeing this bald man and we were TERRIFIED when calling the zls one night trying to figure out what to do and we saw this guy out of no where coming by our car walking !! SO CREEPY and me and allred had the feeling that we couldn't leave the car and the zls are on the phone like one second lol so they tell us where to go to sleep that night and what to do and in the morning they are gonna come bless our apartment and us!! 

we grab our stuff like MANIACS and race over to the hermanas apartment and feel so safe until we go to bed !! no nightmares at all just felt like we were being watched by someone in the kitchen and we were so scared to sleep away from one another so we are squished on this air mattress so scared and then the elders come and bless our apartment and are like yeah no the spirit is not here we need to fix that and we were like oh shoot and then to top it all off we sleep SO GOOD once the apartment is blessed and the zls start to have HORRID nightmares and the thoughts to cast out something in their apartment as well so we called him Devin and demon and were haunted !! what a happy ending and beginning of our missions lol 

today we also got to go on a little temple date with my favorite people ever sweet sweet OLIVIA MORRELL !! was at the temple and i got to just hang with my bestie today so that was the major highlight of my week !!!! 

anyways texas is getting a little cooler lol only 90s now so Ima have to break out the winter coat it's so cold lol and God is moving his work forward !! we can't wait to see what this week brings!!!!

it's another pday !!! yoooo i feel like this week was the fastest week ever!!! 

we had 4 lessons on Thursday!! all were awesome !!! we met with leondro!! who is a returning member he loves service and loved telling us all about the service he does!! we met at a doughnut shop and it was in the sketchy part of spring and while we were pulling up the cops had an alley marked off next to it lol!! Sister allred and I died as the other side of the highway was like SO NICE it was such a random little place next to some of the nicest restaurants and shops!! then we went to get lunch and decided we would take a nap if we went home lol so we decided to not go home and instead eat out !! and so we pulled into in and out and there was some more sisters lol so we had a bomb little lunch with them !! then we went and visited Emily!! Emily was so excited to tell us about all the resources she found on her questions on the church website !! then we went and visited Cheryl!! and Cheryl is the cutest little country bumpkin she has the most amazing cowboy crosses and boots and clothes she is who I want to become !!! she is so tender !!!! we talked about the importance of God now in our lives at home and in church worship!! then to end off this amazing day we met BROOKLYN!! who is the most amazing girlie ever !!!! we talked about so many things but most importantly she asked so many questions about the Covenant path and how baptism isn't the last Covenant or promise you make with god its the first !!! she loved that SO MUCH so I'm so excited to see what this next week haha instore for all these amazing people !!! 

in an effort to make better relationships with our ward family we are helping the ward council with things they need !! and the primary president needed some help with filling the font and so we helped fill the font for some of the sweetest kids this week!!!! Annabelle and James decided to be baptized and it was so fun to support them this week!!!! we got to teach James some simple lessons before and it was SO AWESOME!! he is the funniest kid !! he told us he has no friends except Jesus and after his baptism he said we can be his friends now so it's just us out here in this world the sisters, James, and Jesus lol !! we had a blast with this adorable family!!! 

this week we went to the highlight of my mission so far A HIGHSCHOOL FOOTBALL GAME!!! I finally made it in life fr !!! we had a blast with Tyler and sister allred and I were definitely reliving the glory days of highschool cheer !!! the halftime was so awesome we had a blast meeting the cutie teammates and cheering on Tyler our bestie!!!! she was in my email last week lol but she's THE BEST we love her !!!! the sweet moms loved us!!! we were on cloud 9 enjoying every second!!!!!! 

this week we also got to have dinner with my mission fammmm the GARZAS!!! sweet Daphne!! got her mission call and is headed to Argentina in the second best mission lol SOOOOO happy for them so we enjoyed dinner with them and I finally got to meet their oldest son so now im just waiting for hermana garza to come home from Maryland and then I will have met everyone!!!!! SO YAY!!! dinner was AMAZING per usual 

this week we also met Shawn!!! I have a little ss from our lesson !!! but he was baptized and then was deployed and so it's been SOOO fun to hear about all his experiences and how his testimony has grown while out in trianing!! he is so amazing !! Sunday we got a second to call him and pray with him and he has such a sweet conversion it's so amazing!!!! 

Monday we got to go on an exchange with the stls and sister laclare came to the ysa with me!! we had so much fun visiting with everyone and we got to have the best dinner ever !!!! our ysa rocks !!! in the morning for workouts we went on the best little trail run here in the Woodlands and it was AMAZING!!! 

tuesday we exchanged back and had one CRAZY DAY!!! we went and got our oil changed because we needed it and then we met our friend Neil and homie was lit!! getting us fruit snacks and water and chatted to us about missionary work and all the guys working were so lit they all were laughing with us and asking questions and Neil had us laughing so hard and then we are pulling out oil is changed and then the mood changes and Neil is like aye yo you got a boyfriend and me and sister allred are SHOOK this man had the best sussin questions and was so interested ... in the wrong things prayers up for poor Neil told him my boyf is jesus for the next 2 months 

can't wait tell next week!!!

the one where Sister wankier knocks&knocks&knocks🏠🏘👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼

 good morning !!! & happy pday !!! 

as you can see from my cutie little title for the email this week my sweet little kid begged to go knocking and so we were out here KNOCKING ?!?!?!!! 

I am by no means a knocking girlie but we did find 10 people that day following up with some refferals and then also knocking for a good 3 hours straight!! it was NON STOP in the Houston heat we were SOAKED!! but determined!! we put a good little healthy competition on our knocking skills with the elders !! 

we decided that whoever got more people with a return appointment that day would win their favorite soda from circle K haha and of course we HAD to pull through and so we found 10 people in one day and they found a solid 4 haha it was quite nice!! I felt really accomplished !!! and extrmemly grateful!!! who knew at 15 months I would be out here knocking like a maniac lol 

off the crazy knocking lol we also got to meet with taralee, tenzin, and anan and they are the cutest family EVER I love them!! we decided we are going to start doing lessons but very slowly and very simply with them!! and it has been SO powerful!! we taught them the very very beginning of the lessons expressing God's love for her and her family and how he is truly our Heavenly Father! and created us in his image!! we shared about prophets and Jesus christ and my fav ever !! the atonement of jesus christ the lesson was SO powerful !! when is comes to the gospel of jesus christ it is so much simpler and more personal then I ever thought!! the spirit was SO powerful!! 

my studies this week have been on this topic!! how in anything in the gospel it's small bits and pieces that grow together over time!! I listened to a talk this week about small and simple things by Elder Ballard and it was SO GOOD!! it made me think SO much!! 

we also met our friend Tyler this week!! she called the YSA elders and was like idek why I'm doing this but I need some help putting God back into my life and they chatted with her and she was like im a cheer coach rn and love cheerleading!! and they were like hmm well let's meet up and then called us RIGHT after and opened the call with we have a cheer coach for you lol so we got to meet Tyler and teach with them this week and it was AMAZING!! WE LOVE HER!! this Friday we are going to her home football game SO YAY and she is SO pumped to come to church and asked about like offically joining the church!! and we were like yeah usually its a month or month and a half process and you would be 100% prepared to join this church and she was like IM ALL IN and so we put her on date for this coming month!! 

we also got to spend a solid time in the mission home with Sister Mcmullin this week and it was AWESOME to sit and chat with her I love her so much !!!!! 

I also got to eat dinner with my uncle Steven!! he's not actually my uncle lol but it's always been what I call him lol he came down for work and we got to eat at his fav place and it was YUMMY and so good to see him!! 

Karla is doing so good as well !!! she is growing SO MUCH in the best ways ever!! we are so proud of her!!! 

ALSO we have some cutie friends to meet with more this week so I can't wait for next week's email it's going to have SO MUCH!! 

we literally met a million people this week lol I can't seem to write a good enough email for all the AMAZING miracles and people we met so just know I am SO SO SO happy out here in the second best ysa I've ever been to in my life ;) lol the work is ZOOMING on and me and my kid are fighting demons trying to keep up!! which is the best stress to have out here!!

I can't wait to write y'all next week it's going to be one heck of an email :))

the one where Sister Wankier HAS ANOTHER CHILD!!🤰🏽🤱🏽

 DADGUM!!! WHATS UP!!! 

i feel like i just wrote y'all an email fr!! but here we are again !!! another week down !!! 

as you can see by the title of this email I got another cutie kid !!!!! SISTER ALLRED IS THE MOST AMAZING LITTLE DAUGHTER EVER!!! she is so freaking cool and cute and hilarious and I LOVE IT !!! 

last week on Thursday me and webb got the chance to go to institute and see everyone and say hi and all the good things on transfer day !!! so it really didn't feel like transfer day until Friday when we were literally getting our kids !!! we also got the chance to have one last lunch with the zls and clean and set up sister webbs new apartment 

on Friday we cleaned and packed and said goodbyes and then we were on our way to the tc jester building which is my fav place EVER its so pretty in this chapel. it looks like the one back home but ALL TEAL and they have the coolest tapestry in the relief sociry room of the temple. they quilted it and it's SO CUTE !! I'll get a pic next time

ANYWAYS 

we pull up to the building say our hellos to the other expecting parents !!! I got to see ALL MY FAVS and we did a cute training and then while we were sitting waiting for the training sister mcmullin just walks up to me and hands me the mission camera and I'm like DONT MIND IF I DO and I start going ham as mission photographer AGAIN who would have thought it haha then we had a friend training about being someone your companion can rely on especially in a missionaries training and in adjusting to the missionary life we live !! it was FIRE I felt the spirit of parenthood ya know 

THEN ... 

we all make our way our of the chapel and help set up tables and chairs and lunch and then ZOOM there are our sweet kids pullin up in the mission van and of course the party girl I am, i can't seem to let this event of coming to the mission go without a little excitement!! so I make all the trainers get lined up and ready to welcome everyone !! so I make everyone stand on walls and lead them to the chapel and help with their bags as I am just snapping pic after pic and cheering and screaming per usual!!! 

THEN ... 

walks in my angel baby  with her adorable shoes and dress and bag DEFINETLY the cutest one there and she comes right up to me and is just SO HYPED and I am SO HYPED and after that we weren't able to be separated we were literally having a BLAST together !!! we chatted SO much and took pics together and talked about everything and anything !!!! she is a talker haha let me tell you!!! 

so we did a cute little get to know you where all the trainees were up on the choir seats in the chapel and we were in the pews and when your trainee went up to say who they were you would meet them up there and you would say ur name and where u are from and what you liked to do and it was so much fun to go up and just be like THIS IS MY KID SHES SO CUTE I was so scared and my fears all went away now I am so so so thankful I get to be companions with Sister allred!!! 

Saturday came and we got groceries and tried to meet our ward council lol no one answered but our queen sister eckel and then we had dinner with mama garza and sister allred has made the cut!! I can see MANY MORE dinners to come for her with my mama !!!

on sunday we had some of the most tender experiences !! we were able to have all the houston metro area ysa lol to come to our building and have a HUGE fast and testimony meeting and it was AMAZING the words and spirit and music it was SUCH A BLESSING TO BE THERE!!! and guess who was there....

YOU ALREADY KNOW IT WAS KARLA !!!! our sweet angel went right on up there and shared her testimony on her baptism and it was AMAZING !!! we also had the chance to be in her temple recommend interview and UGH I just love the temple so it meant the world to me to be there for her !!! 

Monday and Tuesday is a blur NO CAP we hit the ground running this week and have NO TIME TO STOP !!!! we had a lesson with our friend Emily and GUESS WHO ANSWERED THE DOOR !!!! SURAJ and his cute fiance Sammy SHES SO CUTE and such a fun girlie !! we made a new friend Julia and had a FIRE MIRACLE LESSON with Robert and man the spirit is moving people down here in the Woodlands glen lock better watch out HERE WE COME !!!!! 

this coming week we have so much so I am so excited to share more miracles to come !!!!
