The One Where Sister Wankier Finishes the MTC

 CAN YOU BELEIEV IT HAHA!! this is crazy i swear i just started mtc and now here we are leaving the mtc on Wednesday  

HUMMIDITY HERE I COME !! 

anyways on the schedule this week was more 8:30 am workshops than i could count, 2 classes a day, only salads for meals, a MTC production of "entering the field", and no sleep haha it's seriously the definition of Disneyland for missionaries. Without the churros and popcorn  don't take those negatives too seriously I am seriously having a blast here!! 

This week was a lot of class work and long days but now that it's over it feels like It was nothing at all!! The time has gone by way too fast. My district made so many fun lasting memories this week. Our elders got some southern manners this weekend and held open our doors, saved us tables, and cleaned our plates for us. All I can say is keep those habits and you will make a wife so happy one day!! We played lots of volleyball and spent lots of time talking and laughing together while eating byu Ice cream and shopping at the MTC store together. 

The highlight of this week was definetly getting to attend so many awesome devotionals from the Porters. They are the MTC mission presidents. They are so awesome. The insights they have are so loving yet so stern. It's amazing!! I was able to hear from a member of the 70 as well. Another highlight was experiencing the MTC on a fast sunday!! From the long lines of food to undercooked food and testimonies bore in languages I have never heard spoken before I felt the most spirit ever and truly learned how important fasting is and what it can do for me personally and those I fast for. 

This coming week is full of MANY goodbyes :(( my whole district is headed out to the field!! I'm so excited to see all those they serve. This group of missionaries is something amazing. 

This email is kinda still boring haha I hope they will get better!! I will truly start working on making them more interesting and sent in a timely manner hahah
